Who we are

Muddy Boots Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that funds field trips and hands-on learning experiences for students in underserved Virginia communities. This site is muddybootsfoundation.org.

What we collect

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to share. We use it only to respond to you and keep in touch about the Foundation's work.

If you donate, your donation is processed by Zeffy, our donation platform. Zeffy collects your payment information directly. We never see or store your card details. We receive your name, email address, and donation amount so we can send acknowledgments and tax receipts. Zeffy's own practices are described in Zeffy's privacy policy.

Just browsing? We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site, such as which pages are visited, what general region visitors come from, and what kind of device they use. This helps us improve the site. Google does not store IP addresses, names, emails, or other personal information, nor is any information used by Google for advertising. What we do with it

We use the information above to process donations, send receipts and acknowledgment letters, and respond to inquiries. We will never sell, share, or disclose your personal or financial information to any third party without your consent, except as required by law.
